* Credit card payment conditions

  1. The policy must have more than five years of premium payment period or be a policy with one year automatically renewable coverage term.
  2. The credit card used must be the insured’s card or the cardholder’s last name must be the same as the insured’s.
  3. Allowed for premium payment only (excluding payment of any type of debt.)
  • Cash and/or a cheque payable to "Allianz Ayudhya Life Pcl." with “or bearer“ struck off and the policy number or name of the insured specified on the back of the cheque ** Please always ask for a temporary
  • Credit Card payment* at the Finance Department, Head Office, at Ploenchit Tower, or Service Centres or Agency Offices nationwide.

Cash payment at bank counters of all branches of the nine banks nationwide listed below, with no bank charges.

  1. Fill in "Part 3 (for the bank)" of your billing notice, specifying the bank branch and the premium payment date.
  2. Bring the billing notice with you to pay cash at any bank counters convenient to you.
  3. The bank teller will take the “Part 3 (for the bank)“, stamp and sign on Part 1 (for the insured), and issue a copy for you to keep as evidence.
  4. Check the policy details in the copy after the transaction is completed.

ATM payment: You can pay your own or others’ premium through ATM machines by following the steps of the six banks listed below:

  • Bank of Ayudhya
  • Kasikorn Bank
  • Siam Commercial Bank
  • TMB Bank
  • Krung Thai Bank
  • CIMB Thai Bank

Internet payment: You can pay your own or others’ premium if you are a member of Krungsri Online. Payment will be deducted from the member’s savings or current account through www.krungsrionline.com This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. On the Bill Payment page, please fill in the policy number in the Customer ID (Ref.#1) field and state the premium due date in the Bill Reference No. (Ref.#2) field.

You can also pay via the Internet through the following bank websites:

Pay at locations displaying the following signs with no fees charged. The maximum amount of premium allowed per bill is 30,000 Baht.

  • All Counter Services with the sign
  • All post offices with the sign
  • All Tesco Lotus branches with the sign
  • AIS / Telewiz service branches with the sign
  • * Please keep receipts from all counter services as evidence.
  • By mail Send a cheque/Bank Draft/Cashier’s Cheque payable to "Allianz Ayudhya Life Pcl." with "or bearer" struck off together with Part 2 of the billing notice to the Finance Department, Allianz Ayudhya Life Pcl.

The interest amount of debt on the billing notice is calculated to your premium due date. If debt payment is not made by the due date, your interest will be changed and calculated according to your actual date of payment.
