Allianz Ayudhya General Insurance PCL reinforces its Triple S Service strategy (3S) with a focus on providing excellence customer service. The company launches a new service, "Smart AI Claim", an online claim service for motor insurance customers. This service --fully equipped with advanced technology from the Allianz Group-- represents the first time AI is being used for claim processing on a digital platform, aiming to meet the needs of modern lifestyle, which demands simplicity, convenience, and speed.

Ketwana Intrawut, Chief P&C Operation Officer of Allianz Ayudhya, stated that the main strategic approach of the company is to elevate the business model focusing on customer-centric strategy. The move aims to satisfy the needs of the customers and creates maximum satisfaction. With the 3S concept - Speed, Superior, and Shorten Process, the company has integrated advanced technology to drive different business aspects, especially in customer service operations. Currently, the company's customers can instantly access the E-Document service through the website, whether it is viewing their policy information, renewal insurance, tax deduction documents, etc. Moreover, the company also offers damage claims services for homes and cars via a video call system. Lastly, they have launched the "Smart AI Claim" service, an online claim service that customers can easily handle themselves on the specially developed digital platform.

"Smart AI Claim" is an online claim service that aims to provide a simply excellence experience through three easy steps. Customers merely need to notify their claim requirements to the Call Center 1292, which is known for its swift response times. Then, they wait for a link to fill in the claim information and take a photo of the damage to submit to the system. The service is convenient; customers can instantly report an auto claim themselves, without needing to wait for a surveyor. It's fast too, as the system uses AI technology to identify the damage from the photo. Customers can instantly receive documentation of the claim report. The entire process only takes about 3 minutes. After that, customers can take their car, along with the claim report, for service at the repair garage of their choice immediately.

The launch of the "Smart AI Claim" service is just the first phase of Allianz Ayudhya General Insurance 's comprehensive digital platform services. It is aimed at further facilitating the convenience for customers, covering everything from claims, document storage, customer policy data checks, insurance renewal, and even online payment.
