Service Description

This is to keep you from missing out on important documents, especially those relating to tax management. Customers can download premium payment certificates to apply for tax deductions via the My Allianz application in person by simply doing the following:

Download the My Allianz application and register for service.
Choose the menu “For Customers”
Login using your national identification card number or username along with a password. Otherwise, set up a PIN/fingerprint or face ID login system.
The system will take you to your policy page. Select the menu on the top right.
Choose Downloads and then Download premium payment certificate.
Press to download. Your document will be stored in your mobile phone.
