Anti-Corruption Policy
The Company’s objective is to operate the business ethically, with integrity and with responsibility to the society and stakeholders under the guidance of good corporate governance. Moreover, the Company acknowledges the responsibility to lead by example that on July 26, 2013 a declaration of intent was made to join Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption or “CAC” to counter corruption in all its forms.
The Company was first certified as the member of CAC on 22 January 2016 which such certification shall be valid another three years as from the date of the approval and the latest certified date as the member of CAC was on 30 June 2022.
