When referring friends, colleagues and family to apply for health insurance with a premium of 10,000 baht or more per policy, the referrer will receive a Lotus's gift card valued  at  1,000 baht*.

Apply now:

  1. Input name and contact number of the person who wishes to apply for health insurance and yourself
  2. The staff will make contact at the number you provide. In the event that the referring person has completed the health insurance application and the  contract’s effective date must be at least 60 days. You will receive a Lotus's gift card, valued at 1,000 baht**

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Program period is from 1st July 2023 – 31st December 2023
  2. Eligible Sales channel: Direct Branch only
  3. Eligible plan: All individual plans (excluded: Care Plus, Extra Value and White Diamond)
  4. Eligible Premium for 10,000  baht or more for each policy / Voucher ( after discount )
  5. Voucher 1,000 THB will be issued to the customer after the insurance premium has been paid by the referrer according to the company conditions and the referrer's health policy has been in effect for at least 60 days
  6. Referral members must have an active individual Health policy with Allianz Ayudhya General Insurance PCL.
  7. Allianz Ayudhya General Insurance team reserves the right to change the conditions, benefits and targets at our discretion.
  8. In case of any dispute, the company's decision shall be the final.
