E-Policy

A new policy format to meet the needs of customers in the digital age. 
  • Customers who purchase new policies via an agent (AZD system) and bank (DFL system) can choose to receive an e-policy and pay premiums in the first year by an online system easily and quickly, so that their premium payment problems are eliminated.
  • Customers will receive their policies immediately without having to wait for the company to print and then deliver them according to their addresses. E-policies are just as legally valid as printed versions.
  • Policy information is protected and safe without data leaks, due to having to enter a password before accessing it and extra confidence from the Company’s digital signature. 
  • No fear of losing your policy. Customers can request for a new copy at any time via the My Allianz application.
After a policy is approved, the customer can state their intention to opt to receive it electronically for yourself.
  • Every agent channel and every product, except for PA and UL.
  • Every bank channel and every product, except for MRTA.
For new policies only. You still cannot change an old policy into an e-policy.

When they purchase a new policy. 

You can request for a new one to be delivered to you by contacting the Company via 1373. 

They cannot.
