Tax Consent

If you want tax returns, you have to notify your insurance company! 
It is to prevent you from missing out on your right to use premiums to apply for ordinary person income tax deductions. For this reason, it is necessary to state the intention to exercise the right to receive tax deductions with the Company in order to consent for the company to disclose premium information to the Revenue Department.

All policy holders of Allianz Ayudhya who wish to exercise the right to receive ordinary person income tax deductions from insurance premium payments. 

According to an announcement made by the Director-General of the Revenue Department, policy holders who wish to exercise the right to receive tax deductions from life insurance premiums and health insurance premiums are required to give consent to their insurance company in order to send premium information to the Revenue Department.

Remarks: 

Insurance premium tax deduction privileges have to be exercised within each tax year only.
* As of 2020, you can receive up to 25,000 baht in tax deductions and, when combined with life insurance, up to 100,000 baht.
**The expression of intention will be complete only after the insured and the premium payer has given consent. Accordingly, in the policy information, it is necessary to also state the names of children wishing to receive tax deductions as the premium payers.

Send it to the company by email at pos.document@azay.co.th, fax or postal service by using the company’s address. 

The insured must pay the insurance premiums to be used to apply for tax deductions on the tax year in which the insured wishes to receive tax benefits. 
To protect your right to use your health insurance premiums to apply for tax benefits. 
You only have to state your intention once. 
If you do not wish to state your intention, the Company will consider you to have not given your consent to submit and disclose your insurance premium information to the Revenue Department. As a result, you will be unable to use these premiums to apply for tax deductions.
