1. This promotion is reserved for customers who apply for Allianz Travel Single-Trip Plan through allianz.co.th website from 1 to 31 January 2026 only and the policy must not be cancelled before travel.
2. Only insured persons who complete the form at https://forms.office.com/e/473zh5Vu7p by February 15, 2026, are eligible to receive the rewards.
3. When the insured apply for travel insurance according to clause 1, the insured will receive the following rewards:

11. In case of policy cancellation, the company reserves the right to revoke any rewards granted under this promotion.
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Terms and conditions of Starbucks Card are as specified by Starbucks Thailand.

Rewards will be mailed within 15 working days after the date the insured starts traveling according to the policy, send to the name (the recipient’s name must be the name of the insured specified in the policy) and the address specified in the registration form only. The company reserves the right to send Starbucks card in case of incorrect name or contact address.

15. The company reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of company shall be final
