Loss of motocycle claim

  1. Original copy of ownership transfer documents, power of attorney letter, company affidavit, certified copies of authorized personnel’s identification card and house registration
  2. Original copies of power of attorney letter and subrogation waiver
  3. Original copy of motorcycle registration book (for cessation purpose)
  4. Copy of hire purchase contract
  5. Motorcycle keys
  6. Account closing voucher (outstanding debt exluding interest)
  7. Copy of insurance certificate
  8. Certified copies of hire purchaser’s identification card and house registration
  9. Copy of police daily log about the primary complaint lodged, with criminal case number
  10. Copy of proof of hire purchase
  11. Copy of the first page of the Insured’s passbook (for indemnity payment transfer)
  12. Other documents as requested by the company

Indemnity payment can be transferred to savings account of any bank except Government Savings Bank, Islamic Bank of Thailand, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, and Government Housing Bank. A cheque payment will be made if the Insured does not have a passbook.

Motorcycle total loss claim
