  1. Option 1 : Credit card (Must be a credit card of the insured or a person in the family with the same family name) Please follow instruction;
    1.1 Manual form
       1) Fill in payment details according to the form click
       2) Submit the form together with a copy of your ID card, signed and certified true copy to E-mail: [email protected]

    1.2 Payment online via My Pay Link
       1) Please contact us at 02-677-0055
       2) Request to receive My Pay Link to complete the payment online
       3) Choose to receive the link via SMS or email.
    **The premium payment link will be valid for 5 days from the date the link is received.
  2. Option 2: Pay-in slip
    Pay via the channels specified in the pay-in slip attached to the policy renewal notice. Below are available channels;
       2.1 Pay through the bank's counter service or
       2.2 Pay by Internet Banking via QR Code

  1. In case the insured wishes to renew the policy automatically, the company will deduct insurance premiums from credit card or the bank account that you have informed the company (Must be a credit card or the bank account of the insured or a person in the family with the same family name)
  2. In case the insured doesn’t wish to use auto renewal policy
    2.1) In case of deducting insurance premium payments via the same credit card or the same bank account: please contact 02-677-0055
    2.2) In case of deducting insurance premium payments via a new credit card or new bank account, the change can be completed by one of the following options:


    Option 1.
       (1) Fill in payment details according to the form  click
       (2) Submit the form together with a copy of your ID card signed to certify that it is true. (In case of debiting a bank account, please send a copy of the bank account page) to E-mail: [email protected]

    Option 2.
     By making a transaction through My Pay Link
       1) Please contact 02-677-0055
       2) Request to receive My Pay Link to complete the payment online
       3) Choose to receive the link via SMS or email.
      **The premium payment link will be valid for 5 days from the date the link is received.

  1. The insured fills out “APPLICATION FOR CHANGE BENEFIT PLAN AND COVERAGE”  click
  2. Submit the form to E-mail: [email protected]
  3. The company will contact the insured within 3 – 5 business days from the day the company receives complete documents. In case of increasing benefits (benefit increment), the company reserves the right to accept your application and/or to request additional documents.
  1. Fill out Letter of Auto - Renewal and Letter of Consent of Automatic Recurring Payment”  click
  2. Submit the form together with a copy of the insured's ID card and credit card owner/bank account owner signed to certify true copy (In case of debiting a bank account, please send a copy of the bank account page) to E-mail: [email protected] 

    Note: Must be a credit card of the insured or a person in the family with the same family name.

(1)Please note that your paid premium will be acknowledged by the company in the following business day.

(2)To exercise your right to use your paid health premium for personal income tax deduction purpose, the premium required to be paid in the same taxation year only.
